Advertiser billing
Advertisers set a rate per 1,000 accepted minutes, fund a campaign budget, and pay for accepted minutes — not estimates or impressions. Funds are reserved before each placement attempt. Acceptance allocates the charge. A 7-day review applies to settlement and holds. Uncommitted spendable balance is refundable on request.

Each accepted minute requires 60 continuous eligible seconds. Interrupted minutes are not paid or billed. Completed rewards enter pending review. Clicks are optional.
How is spend calculated?

What is not billed?
- Interrupted attempts (hide, close, idle, lock, report, stop)
- Minutes that fail review or are credited as invalid traffic
- Clicks — informational only, never a separate charge
Short video creatives (6–15 seconds) loop during a 60-second placement. They are not billed as completed-video views. GIFs are billed as image placements. Conversion tracking is not available. Clicks are informational.
Caps and timing
Default limits use UTC (labeled in product): 15 minutes per campaign/trader/day, 60 lifetime per campaign/trader. No inventory means no billing.
What targeting controls exist?
Country, language, and interest categories. Setup shows matching accounts, not guaranteed reach or currently online users. Advertiser approval, creative approval, and sufficient funding can complete in either order. Delivery starts only when all are in place and matching accounts are active — see Eligible minutes.
Can I get a refund?
Uncommitted spendable balance is refundable on request per Advertiser terms. Pending delivered spend in review is not refunded as unused money. Normal pause lets reserved valid minutes finish; emergency revocation stops immediately.
