Agreement

By using this service you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, and Risk policies. Electronic acceptance is required at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

RNME is the finished-product layer for AI-built MetaTrader 5 tools. You connect your own MCP-compatible AI client (Claude, Cursor, Codex, or another supported client). Your AI owns conversation and source generation; you pay your AI provider — RNME does not include an AI subscription.

We compile, test, package, and deliver MT5 Packs (source, compiled file, settings, guide, Build Report, manifest, hashes) through a managed remote build environment on RNME-controlled Windows workers. Optionally, after a ready Pack and Connector certification, you may enable Live monitoring via the RNME Connector on your Windows machine.

We do not provide investment advice, managed accounts, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

We do not run trades on your behalf. Our cloud build service does not place orders, hold broker credentials, or operate a hosted trading terminal for you.

Credentials and broker access

We do not store broker trading passwords in company cloud systems. MT5 login credentials remain between you and your broker. The optional RNME Connector runs on your machine after Pack delivery for Live evidence; optional telemetry syncs metadata only — not trading passwords.

Verified builds

When we label a build "verified" we mean only: source compiled, Strategy Tester completed (when applicable), report parsed, and delivery package hashes match records. Verified does not mean profitable.

Your AI client

You connect your own MCP-compatible AI client. You are responsible for AI provider terms, API usage, and outputs your client generates.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate applicable securities, commodities, or financial regulations
  • Attempt to bypass build sandboxes or Connector security controls
  • Upload malware or exploit compiler pipelines
  • Misrepresent backtest results as guaranteed live performance

Build Pass and Live

  • Build Pass ($99 one-time) — one finished custom MT5 Pack with compile/test evidence and secure download. Consumed when your Pack reaches ready delivery.
  • Live ($49/month, optional) — offered only after a ready Pack and Connector certification; monitoring, Weekly Review, and candidate testing. Never bundled or preselected at checkout.

Paid entitlements are billed through Stripe. Feature limits are documented on the pricing page. Failures to deliver a ready Pack due to RNME infrastructure are handled under the Refund policy (restore Build Pass or refund).

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." BACKTESTS ARE HISTORICAL SIMULATIONS. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for trading losses, broker outages, or AI-generated strategy behavior.

Termination

You may cancel Live anytime via the billing portal. We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment.

Governing law

Governing law and venue to be stated when the operating entity is finalized (REQUIRES HUMAN LEGAL REVIEW). Until then, disputes are handled in good faith via legal@rnme.app.
