Privacy Policy
Effective 8 September 2026. RNME is an independent network operated by its founder. No incorporated company exists yet; the operator will be updated here upon incorporation. Contact: [email protected].
1. Data we collect
- Account: email address, sign-in method, account identifiers.
- Verification: platform username (e.g. TradingView), proof status, verification timestamps.
- Preferences: country, language, interests you select for campaign matching.
- Sessions: sponsor window visibility and idle state telemetry used to measure eligible minutes.
- Payments: USDT TRC20 wallet address for withdrawals; advertiser funding transaction references.
- Support: messages you send to [email protected].
2. How we use data
To operate the network: authenticate you, verify account control, match campaigns to preferences, record eligible minutes, calculate earnings, process withdrawals and advertiser funding, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell platform usernames or profile identifiers to advertisers. Advertisers receive aggregated delivery and click reporting, not raw platform credentials.
3. Cookies
RNME uses cookies and similar storage for authentication sessions, sign-in return path, referral attribution, and account preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the product. You can clear cookies by signing out and removing site data in your browser.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and as needed for payouts, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Session telemetry is retained for measurement and audit windows described in trader terms. You may request export or deletion via [email protected]; some records must be kept where law or open financial obligations require.
5. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email), payment processors (NOWPayments for USDT funding and payouts), and authorities when legally required. We do not share your platform password or API credentials because we never collect them.
6. Security
See our Security page for what RNME never asks for and how verification works. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to [email protected].
7. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Contact [email protected].
