Live monitoring

Live is optional continuity after a ready Pack and real Connector certification. It is never bundled or preselected at Build Pass checkout.

Prerequisites

1. Ready Pack in My Tools

2. RNME Connector installed and certified on your Windows host

3. Live subscription ($49/mo) when eligible

What Live provides

  • Heartbeats and redacted telemetry from your terminal
  • Weekly Review candidates (never silent install)
  • Rollback to known-good Pack versions when using the product path

Privacy

Default telemetry is redacted. Broker passwords are never stored in company cloud. You can opt out of telemetry in Account settings.

Disable / uninstall

See product docs for stopping the Connector service and removing Live subscription via billing portal. Uninstall leaves your local Pack files unless you delete them.

Troubleshooting

If Live shows offline, confirm Connector is running and can reach RNME over HTTPS — see Troubleshooting.
